Before starting you'll need to know what the plans are whether an architect or draftsmen is required and type of budget you are looking at. Do I need a building permit?
There are a number of things that can be done to your home without the costly expense of the building permit such as:
* Remodeling kitchens, bathrooms or other rooms in the home, however they may require inspections were electrical and plumbing is altered
